Out of town/Dawg Dash 10K
I'm out of town this weekend, so I will be running my 7 mile run all alone on a hotel treadmill, sad. If you are in town though, the Dawg Dash 10K is on Sunday at UW, and it is pretty fun. I will be back in town for an 8 mile run the following weekend, 10/18-10/19. I'm not sure, but I think we might be running on Sunday morning - I will verify later this week. My thought is to do the 2 mile loop at Seward park and then head north on the Burke Gilman 3 miles and back. In the past this run has finished with breakfast at the Blu Water Bistro in Leschi, so that is an option if people are interested. Yum.

Run on Sunday
The plan for Sunday is to meet at the Burke Gilman, on 25th, right behind U Village at 9:00. I like to park on the street on the east side of 25th, and meet on the corner at the cross walk there. Its a 6 mile run. My cell is 206-849-2351 if you need to get a hold of me. So far Judith is in, and I think Josie is a maybe. There is a high probability of Atlas breakfast afterwards, or at least Specialties coffee/cinnamon rolls.

I am a total blog nerd
Instead of emailing people every week with my plans for running, because that seems very spam-y, and because I am a giant blogging nerd, I have created my second blog! (I know Josie and Wenmei scoff at having only 2 blogs.) I will be posting my plans for running a few times a week, and always appreciate company. If you are going to go on the run, please rsvp in the comments area, so I know to look for you, and so I have no excuse to skip the running and sit on my couch eating snacks instead. Also, send me your running photos and I will add them to the slideshow! (I am so planning to add a slideshow.)
This weeks long run: The plan is to run 5 miles, on the Sammamish Trail, starting at 8:30 AM on Saturday, 9/27 (some people have to coach soccer games that morning in Issaquah, so we are running on the earliesh side on the east side). If you want to join, the plan would be to meet in the parking lot of the Issaquah Costco, and head over to the trail from there. The mapquest link to to Costco is below.

Most likely heading to Nine Bar Coffee afterwards for lattes and chocolate muffins.
Next week will be 6 miles, somewhere on the Burke Gilman.
